STX Cloud: What's New: Version 1.8
STX Cloud v1.8 includes a couple new reports and a variety of enhancements requested by users.
Top Clients Report (NEW!) – A report that lists the top spenders at your business by Service + Retail, Service Only or Retail Only. Simply select a date range and the top 50 clients will display.
Report Location: Reports> Business Analysis Reports > Top Clients
NOTE: For security reasons, new reports are not enabled in permission settings. To enable access for owner and worker profiles go to Setup> Setup Workers> Worker Permissions> Reports > Enable TopClients.
Promotions Report (NEW!) – Track the success of your promotions by reporting on their usage. The Total Promotion Discount Amount is displayed for each promotion and a Grand Total Promotion Discount Amount for all promotions combined is listed at the bottom.
Report Location: Reports> Transaction Reports > Promotions Report
NOTE: For security reasons, new reports are not enabled in permission settings. To enable access for owner and worker profiles go to Setup> Setup Workers> Worker Permissions> Reports > Enable PromotionsReport
Online Booking: Find Next Available Appointment (NEW!) – Clients booking an appointment online can now click Find Next Available Appointment to see the next available time. If there are no availabilities within the designated Booking Window, a message will display to try a new search.
Cancel Future Standing Appointments (Enhancement) – Users can now select a Standing Appointment and click Cancel All. When clicked, a confirmation pop-up message will appear to confirm the cancellation of all related future standing appointments.
Delete Future Book Out Times (Enhancement) – Users can now select a Book Out Time and click Delete All. When clicked, a confirmation pop-up message will appear to confirm the cancellation of all related future Book Out Times for One Worker or All Workers.
Add On Services (Enhancement) – Services that do not require added appointment time can now be noted as Add On Services. Simply click the Add On Service checkbox in Service setup which disables the duration fields. Add On Services will appear in the Appointment List, Appointment Detail page, Checkout Receipt and Client History. Please note, Add On Services will not appear on the calendar or be available for Online Booking.
Report Print View (Enhancement) – All reports now have a Print button that gives users the ability to simply print a report formatted for a printer.
Non-Service Tickets Allow Added Tip (Enhancement) – Add tips from Check Out for non-service related tickets.
Process Compensation (Enhancement) – This report has been updated to chronologically display the totaled line item of each day within the date range.
Appointment Detail Back Navigation (Enhancement) – When a user views the Appointment Detail Page for a date in the future, clicking the browser’s back navigation button will display the Appointment Book of the date previously viewed.
Max # of Availabilities Per Day (Enhancement) – In Setup > Appointments & Emails > Online Booking tab, the Max Number of Availabilities description and field is now per day.
