What's New: Version 1.7
STX Cloud v1.7 focused on updating miscellaneous areas in the software, the report views and adding new exciting reports such as Account Balances & Memberships Reporting.
Reward Points on Receipt (New!) – In Check Out and on the Completed Ticket the reward points will display next to a green star.
Standing Appointment Default Time (Enhancement) – When scheduling a Standing Appointment, the time selector will default to the top of the hour.
Time Clock (Enhancement) – After a worker clocks in and selects Save, the software will stay on the Time Clock page and reset for the next worker to clock in.
Service Listing – When scheduling any appointment, the services will now list by Service Group Sort Order, then alphabetically.
Process Compensation View Pop Up (Enhancement) – When processing the Process Compensation report, click Archive and then the View button, a pop up window will now appear. Simply close the window to close the pop up and return to the original report.

Ticket Detail (New!) – A the top of this report, users can now search by ticket number or date range. Additionally, they can sort by date, client name, ticket total, payment type and ticket number.
Ticket Detail (Enhancement) – Generating a Ticket Detail report will now display the tax total in between the Included Ticket and Total column.

Total Sheet (Enhancement) – The Prepaid Package Usage has been moved from Company Sales to Payments.
Total Sheet (New!) – A new line item, Unpaid Ticket Amount has been added to the payments area after the Payment Total.

Check Out List (New!) – A start date and end date have been added to the Check Out List. By default the report will run for 90 days.
Check Out List (New!) – At the end of the Check Out List, an Unpaid Ticket Balance will appear to show the outstanding amount due.

Account Balances (New!) – A new report has been added to show current account balances for clients. The display options are as the following:
All Balances – displays all Client Names and their current Account Balances
Balances Due – displays only Client Names and their current Account Balances if they
owe the business money.
Account Credits - displays only Client Names and their current Account Balances if they
have a credit.
Reports> Transactions> Account Balances
Memberships Report (New!) – A new report has been added to show current memberships that are Active or Inactive. Additionally, users can sort by client name, type of membership, amount, next bill date and member number.
Active – displays memberships that have next bill dates after todays date
Inactive – displays memberships that have next bill dates before todays date
