Logging In

Navigate to the company’s online booking URL, which will be similar to the following format:

xxxx.force.com/client

The Login page will appear.

The company name will appear in the header, in the New button, and the company logo will display in the upper left-hand corner.

If you are a current client of the company and have a valid primary email address on file with them, you are ready to login. If you are unsure of the email address on file with the company, feel free to give them a call to obtain the correct email address for logging in.

Type your primary email address on file with the company and enter your 4-digit PIN.

Click the Login button to book your appointment.

Forgot PIN?

If you are logging in for the first time or have forgotten your 4-digit PIN, click the Forgot PIN? link on the login page. 

In the Forgot PIN? page, type your primary email address if one did not populate for you. 

Click the Send Pin button and the PIN will be emailed to the specified email address.

The email contains the 4-digit PIN. Return to the login page. Use your email and PIN to login.

New to the Company?

If you have never visited the company before and are a new client, click the New to Company? button. 

A Profile Center will appear.  

Fill out your Personal and Preferences information. Click Cancel to cancel the profile and return to the login page. 

Click Save Profile and a record will be created with the company. An email containing your 4-digit PIN will be sent to the specified email address.

Once you receive your PIN, return to the login page and login using your email address and PIN in order to book your appointment.

Booking an Appointment

Client name, plus other clients they are noted as being the Responsible Party for.

Select the Client for whom you wish to book the appointment.

  1. Client can view all appointments, both past and future, by clicking on the My Appointments button.

  2. Click on the Purchase Gift button to purchase gifts.

  3. Click on the Purchase Package button to purchase a service package.

  4. Select desired Service(s) and Worker(s) for the appointment. Click the green + to add more services.

  5. View the Service Description by hovering/clicking on the blue “i” circle.

  6. Note: The Estimated Duration and Price will only display if the company has the Online Booking preferences enabled.

  7. Select an appointment start date.

  8. Click Search for Appointment.

  9. Add an appointment note, if necessary.

  10. Select a date and time for the appointment.

  11. Click Schedule Appointment to book the appointment.

  12. Click Cancel to return to the login page.

Once you have scheduled the appointment, a Success! page will appear. 

Click Book Another Appointment to schedule another appointment.

Click Logout to return to the login page.

View Past and Future Appointments

After logging into the online booking system, the client will be able to view all of their appointments, both past and future appointments by clicking the My Appointments button.

Use the Appointments View drop-down menu to switch between Future and Past appointments.

Cancel Appointments

The Online Booking system will allow appointments to be canceled online, so that the client doesn't have to call to cancel an appointment.

To cancel a future appointment, check the Cancel Appt checkbox next to the desired appointment. Multiple checkboxes are allowed. When all desired appointments have been checked, click the Cancel Appointment button. 

Click the Close button to keep the checked appointments intact. The Close button cancels the appointment cancellation process.

Change Appointments

Change Appt allows clients to make modifications to their future appointments.

To change a future appointment which was originally booked online, click the Change App button next to the desired appointment.

The booking page will appear for the client to make the necessary changes.

Book a Package

Clients booking appointments online will now be able to book Packages.

In order to book packages online, at least one package must be enabled as Available for Client Self-Booking in Setup: Packages: Service Packages.

The available Packages are listed in the Appointment Services drop-down menu just below where the service groups are listed.

After selecting a package, each individual service associated with the package will be listed.

Select the desired worker(s) to perform the services. 

Add or remove services as necessary for the booking.

The Package is accurately tracked for the client, even if they remove services from the booking.

If the client books a package, and has not previously purchased the package, the package will automatically be added to the client’s ticket upon Check Out. 

Online Purchases

Once logged into the Online Booking system, the client will now have the ability to Purchase Gift and Purchase Package.

Note: An Online Merchant Account must be obtained by the business and entered into Beacon: Setup: Tickets prior to accepting online payments.

Purchase Gift

Previously, the Purchase Gift button was only available from the Online Booking: Login page. Now, the Purchase Gift button is available both on the Login page and on the Online Appointment Booking page after logging into Online Booking.

Purchase Package

In order to sell packages online, at least one package must be enabled as Available for Online Purchase in Setup: Packages: Service Packages.

Click the Purchase Package button.

Select the desired package from the Package drop-down menu.

Below the Select Package section is the Process Payment section.

Require Deposit to Book Appointment

Some services may require a Deposit/Prepayment in order to complete the booking. If this is the case with the service(s) you are trying to schedule, the Deposit/Prepayment value will appear.

Select the date and time option you wish to schedule the appointment for and click the Schedule Appointment button.

Complete the Online Purchase page and click the Purchase Now button to process the deposit/prepayment.

Online Payments

A 5-minute countdown timer has been applied to the Process Payment pages, so the client will see they have a limited amount of time to complete their payment. 

Online payment pages include Purchase Gift, Purchase Package, and service Deposit requirements. 

When the timer counts down to zero, a message will appear: Your payment session has timed out, and your request has been removed.

Once the payment has been processed, the Online Purchase Success! page will appear. 

Do not click the New to Company button as you are already a client.

Click OK.

The appointment booking Success! page will appear. 

Click Book Another Appointment to schedule another appointment. 

Click Logout to return to the login page.

You will receive an appointment notification email including the details of the newly booked appointment.

The Deposit value will be added to your account balance with the company, which will be available for use when you complete your newly booked appointment.

Purchase Gift

Navigate to the company’s online booking URL, which will be similar to the following format:

xxxx.force.com/client

The Login page will appear.

If you have never visited the company before and are a new client, click the New to Company? button. 

It is not necessary to log into the online booking system in order to purchase a gift online. Click the Purchase Gift button.

Select an Amount, or enter the desired amount in the field provided.

Select the Delivery Type for where you’d like the eGift to be emailed.

Recipient - enter the Name of the recipient. If the Delivery Type is set for Email to Recipient, enter the recipient’s email address.

Your information - enter Your First Name, Your Last Name, and Your Email address in the fields provided.

Enter an optional Personal Message

Click Cancel to cancel the eGift purchase. Click Purchase Now to continue with the eGift purchase.

Complete the Online Purchase page and click the Purchase Now button to process the payment.

Once the payment has been processed, the Online Purchase Success! page will appear. 

Click the New to Company button if you wish to register with the company.

Click OK to return to the Online Gift Purchase page. 

Continue with another eGift purchase, or complete a new registration with the company.

Click Cancel to return to the login page.

Emailed eGift

The eGift will be emailed to the delivery type selected during the purchase. 

The recipient will need to print the eGift or have it available to view on a mobile device upon redemption of the eGift.
